The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing documents, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Maintain a filing system.
Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Develop and maintain a database of contact information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
