BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must have a valid Class A CDL driver's license and maintain acceptable MVR and PSP report
Must have 18 months recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience
No serious traffic violations including, but not limited to, excessive speeding in the past 3 years
Must have an acceptable background check and a negative pre-employment drug screen
Must have proof of U.S. Citizenship or have a valid work visa
Negative three (3) year drug and alcohol history
Satisfactory completion of a SMI road test
Will adhere to FMCSA regulation 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2): Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquires, and to make entries on reports and records.
